Carrot Parsley Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized carrots grated fine

  • 1 cup of chopped parsley

  • 1/4 chopped green onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic minced or grated fine

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon of honey or sugar

  • Salt to season

Instructions

  1. Have all your ingredients chopped, grated, and ready.

  2. Add the grated carrot, parsley, onion into a large bowl.

  3. In a separate smaller bowl, add the minced garlic, cumin powder, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and season with salt.

  4. Combine well, taste, and adjust seasoning as you need.
