Sugar Snap Peas with Mint
Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil
8oz sugar snap peas, trimmed
half a small sweet onion, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sugar snap peas, onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir-fry for 4 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in the mint leaves.
