Cascade Organic is now partnering with Extracto Coffee Roasters, a North Portland-based small coffee business that roasts all of its beans by hand, in small batches, in a 1951 cast iron roaster. All of their beans are thoughtfully and meticulously selected from all over the world. The beans are all from single-origin, exceptional quality farms, and fall under the medium roast umbrella.

We will start out carrying two varieties:
The "Eleven of Spades" is their signature house blend consisting of creamy chocolate and dark fruit notes with a lingering German chocolate finish. Perfect on its own or with a splash of your favorite milk.

”El Salvador Santa Leticia” is full bodied, sweet and juicy. This excellent sun dried natural processed coffee is grown at Finca Santa Leticia in the region Apaneca, Ahuachapan by Ricardo Valdivieso and his daughter Monica. The land was purchased in 1870 by Ricardo’s grandfather and named the finca after his wife, Leticia.
