These native Oregon black truffles are foraged from the base of Douglas fir trees by trained dogs and experienced hunters. Dense, aromatic, and intensely earthy, they offer a bold, unforgettable finish to fall and winter menus.

Unlike imported truffles that often travel for days or weeks, ours are harvested and delivered fresh — no gas ripening, no long-haul transit. Just real Pacific Northwest terroir in its most fragrant form.
