Roasted Baby Turnips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch baby turnips (with leaves attached), scrubbed

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Place the baby turnips on a large baking tray.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Roast for 25 minutes or until the leaves are crisp.
