Kumiai Oysters have a deep cup with consistent size and shape. The flavor profile includes ample brine, brite and sweet finish. Grown in rack and bag. Tide Tumbled. All Kumiai oysters are rested prior to shipping in Whales Cove. A natural ocean wet storage.
